Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time, or upgrade your plan for more monthly credits. Your existing sites and clients are never affected.
Do you take a cut of what I charge clients?+
Never. You keep 100% of every dollar you charge your clients. InstantSite only charges the monthly subscription fee — your revenue is yours.
Is there a free trial?+
You can sign up and explore the platform for free. When you're ready to generate and publish sites, choose the plan that fits your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoicing.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
